This poem I wrote as a farewell message to my AAS collegues when I left for the final time in 2010.
Today is my last day and I would like to say;
It’s been a pleasure doing business with you each and every day
But the time has come for me to go and make my own way
Back into the real world of the corporate day to day.
I’ll miss the morning coffee walk and the bitching too
I’ll miss the middle management with whom I liked to blue
I’ll miss the wonderful fashion lines that paraded past our desks
And the rating system in which Geraldine and I did profess.
But most of all I’ll miss you lot and never will I forget
That AAS provided me with great friends and happiness.
